*During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting an insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit. If it is not added and it is hot we may add it to your order for $4.00 more.*
Here in Vermont cheese is made the traditional way which provides the best flavor and old fashioned quality.
All the cheeses are hand cut, hand wrapped and made from pasteurized milk. We hand dip each bar in three coats of special cheese coating wax to lock in the peak flavor and allows for safe shipping and long keeping.
