Cheese Bars/Blocks/Spreads

**During the hot summer months (May-October) cheese ordered NEEDS an insulated box and ice pack for an additional $8.00.  The charge will be determined after we receive your order and we will notify you in the confirmation that we have added it to your order.  For destinations more than 2 days after the package leaves our farm you might want to consider 2nd Day UPS.  An ice pack in boxes more than 2 days in transit may be softened and thawed - it has done a good job keeping things cool...and cheese is ok at warmish temperatures for a couple of days (having been invented before refrigerators). **

Here in Vermont cheese is made the traditional way which provides the best flavor and old fashioned quality.

All the cheeses are hand cut, hand wrapped and made from pasteurized milk. We hand dip each bar in three coats of special cheese coating wax to lock in the peak flavor and allows for safe shipping and long keeping.
