Cheese Blocks

Sugarbush Farm hand waxed blocks of Cheddar are perfect for the Serious Cheese Lover.  We carefully select the finest cheddar in the entire Northeast to age until its just right for your taste.  When each cheese reaches the perfect flavor, the cheeses are cut into smaller blocks, hand wrapped in foil and hand dipped in three coats of special cheese coating wax.
