Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit. If it is not added and it is hot we may add it to your order for $4.00 more.*

Best cheese I tasted in years
My daughter gave us a block of the 1 and a half years old sharp cheddar cheese. It was absolutely the best cheese I tasted in years and I would love to purchase more of it. Grocery store bought doesn't even come close. This is a little higher in price but so much worth the money. I'm hooked. Hope to be able to make it to your farm, or buy on line.
