Amazing!
This cheese is soooo wonderful, we carefully dole it out. I see I have an earlier review; and it was so amazing, we had to reorder. Not for the last time.

Sampled some of this cheese in your store about 2 weeks ago and brought home a half pound -- not nearly enough. The flavor is intense, and there's a creamy quality to the cheese. Everyone loved it. I'm buying more.
