4oz Extra Aged Sharp Cheddar (3 year old)

I was first introduced to this cheese at my office. Someone had gotten it for a gift at Christmas and it was February so they were going to throw it out! I have since ordered my own supply and will be a repeat customer! The most creamy, melt in your mouth cheese, ever!
