A natural white cheddar aged 28-38 months.  Full of flavor and consistent character.  Our best seller.  It's lactose free by the time it's aged three years.

*During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting an insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit*

    The Sugarbush 3 year extra aged sharp cheddar is perfect for those that like extra sharp! Great taste and texture.

    My husband, myself and a companion traveled to New England during Fall, 2014. We stumbled upon Sugarbush Farms by happy accident. Quintessential New England farm with friendly, knowledgable staff offering various "tastings". We are addicted to and always order our favorite aged cheese and maple syrup. Susan Detweiler

    My wife and I travel to New England in the summer from Indiana. It was quite by accident that we found Sugarbush Farm. We were looking for maple syrup and we found that but the cheese was a bonus. We first went there in 2011 and are experienced cheese eaters and the aged cheese from Sugarbush cannot be beaten.
