Simply the Best
I used to travel up to Pico every year with friends. In my travels to the area I stumbled upon Sugarbush Farms. I fell in love with your products. I took my whole family once, and my oldest daughter just couldn't get enough of the 8 year old cheddar, and my son loved the maple syrup, so every Christmas I make sure Santa delivers what they want. Strange, but after a few visits, you feel a part of the Sugarbush family.

This 8-year old cheddar is delicious! Bursting with flavor, a little crumbly -- the perfect combo with a crisp apple or some hot french bread! Yum! We order a big block every year and treasure it slowly!

I found a 1 lb. block in the back of the beer frig that had been there for 4+ years. It was in perfect shape. I shared it with the two couples we are taking to Vermont next month (their first visit), and we all agreed that it was the most outstanding cheese we had ever had! Bright, intense, yet creamy. Fantastic by itself, and great with fine tawny port. We'll all be buying more next month!
