Sugurbush Farm: Best Customer Service Around!
My wife and I went to Sugarbush Farm on a trip to Vermont a few years ago and loved the place, the people, and the high quality products they offer. Ever since then, we have made an occasional purchase for ourselves or a gift to relatives. The service is highly personalized and the products are excellent. So pleased to have them as a reminder of how business "should" be run in this modern day-and-age. Thank-you, Sugarbush! This year, I didn't know what to get my out-of-state parents for Christmas until the Thursday before Christmas...and Christmas was the following Wednesday! Placed my order on Sugarbush's website Thursday night, they acknowledged it by personalized email the next morning and they assured me they'd get it right out. They certainly did! The gift arrived at my parents' house in northern MN the day before Christmas. That is truly great service that helped make up for my procrastination.
