One of the most popular items in our farm store.  Maple syrup is cooked to a higher temperature with some dairy butter whipped in.  A smooth spread for English muffins, bagels, toast, pancakes, waffles or as a frosting on a cake.  Ships well during cooler months just like our cheese.  A similar product to maple cream except maple cream is just maple syrup cooked to a higher temperature without the butter.
