8oz Super Extra Sharp Cheddar (+$4.00 per bar 6 year old)

I stopped eating Cabot's Seriously Sharp Cheddar when they made bad policy decision a couple of years ago, over three actually. After looking around I came across Sugarbush Farms and decided to try their cheese and maple syrup. Not disappointed with either. The super extra sharp cheddar is superb. Great tangy sharpness while offering smooth creaming back notes. Absolutely wonderful cheddar. Have purchased it twice now and will be getting more. Really great sharp cheddar.

Always look forward to my bar of 6 year old cheddar. The way it crunches is something to savor. I have sent this cheese as a gift to many friends and family- and they all rave about it. It is my go to cheese on special occasions.

This cheese is phenomenal stuff, the only thing i like better than Sugarbush's 6 yr old cheese is the 8 yr old cheese. I grew up eating cheese/meat/crackers, it was one of my dad's favorite things, that was many years ago and it was cracker barrel extra sharp, had we known about this back then i'm sure we would have been eating this, if you love cheese, or even if you just like it, you really must try this, nothing compares (and i have been to many states in the US and tried cheeses in all of them)......

Any one of the sharp cheddar selections are amazing, and this one is certainly worth paying extra for. If you are looking for a more intense flavor this cheese is certainly for you! It has less moisture than other cheese so if you were wanting to use this in cooking you might want to choose a younger cheese. I love aged cheese so this one is a must order for me.
