This gift pack looks just like the Vermont Department of Agriculture's grading kit which all sugar makers use to grade the syrup. Our syrup is all Grade A but as the weather warms up from late February to mid April the sugars become more complex and darker in color and more intensely maple flavored. 4 1.5oz bottles in a gift pack
