always excellent
my wife and I are frequent visitors to the farm when we're in Vermont and I must admit that when we get notified of these specially aged cheddars we are online immediately to order. we even buy extras for my parents who love the texture and the little crystals. sooo good.

Heaven
I love cheddar but this is incredible. It is so good, it is only used for special celebrations and is in a vacuumed sealed bag in the fridge otherwise. I love Sugarbush anyway but this was the best!

Sharp -n- Good
I really enjoy the Extra Sharp Cheddar cheeses, and this one is the best I have found! Minimal crystalline content with excellent room temperature flavor. This is a cheese to be enjoyed by itself, no cracker needed or wanted. A sip of your favorite wine and the experience is complete. Not your everyday cheese.

No Words Can Describe It
Absolutely the best aged cheddar I've had. Has the just the right "bite". I got so carried away with this cheese, I finished the block in two days!
