    My 4 stars here is not so much for Sugarbush as it is for the Mountain Jack flavor. Jack isn't my favorite flavor of cheese. My wife loves Jack cheese. So she would probably give it a 5. If you love Jack cheese, you will love this cheese. If you don't, it's still a good cheese. I've not tasted a bad Sugarbush cheese.
