At 3 years old all the lactose has dissipated, so it's perfect for those who are lactose intolerant.

Nice tangy sharp cheese
I buy all 3 of the Sugarbush Sharp cheddars. At the risk of sounding silly Sharp aged 1.5 years is for everyday, followed by this and then for special the Super Extra Sharp cheddar. Sugarbush makes the best cheddar and has spoiled us so that we find all others just bland. Highly recommend their product if you like sharp cheddar.

suggestion, when shipping to Florida, even if you have to delay it a day or two, try to avoid orders from sitting in ups warehouse over the weekend. my cheese is still good but butterfat seeped out from hot storage at ups facility.
