*During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting an insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit. If it is not added and it is hot we may add it to your order for $4.00 more.*

Never Tasted A Better Blue Cheese
During our visit to Sugarbush Farm last April we were able to sample the blue cheese along with other product. We were so impressed by it's taste that we ordered some as a Christmas present for my sister as well as for ourselves. It's so good that I look forward to making additional purchases throughout the year!

Best Creamy Bleu Cheese
The Mountain Bleu Cheese has incredibly rich bleu cheese flavor combined with a creamy texture that melts so easily, whether in your mouth or on top of a perfectly seared filet mignon. And I find it adds a rich flavor to a Honeycrisp apple or a warm apple pie. It even tastes great on a cracker. I love this cheese!
