    Best Cheese we have ever had!

    We used to visit the farm to get our maple syrup. While we were there one day, we were sampling some cheese and fell in love. It makes THE BEST macaroni and cheese. We have since moved, and I still order maple syrup and cheese every few months. You can’t find anything that comes close anywhere else!

    I wish I could give this 10 stars...It is the best cheese I have ever had. We put it in Grilled Cheese sandwiches along with a little Blue. I am so glad we found your place while on vacation and just love sharing it with everyone. Will be getting more soon.

    Bar none (pun intended) these 1/2 pound bars of Smoked Cheddar is the BEST smoked cheese ever. I'm a cheese fanatic and I never miss sending for this orgasmic cheese. Fantastic as a snack and also GREAT in macaroni and cheese (use half regular cheddar and half smoked).

    This is easily the best smoked cheese that ever landed in my mouth. Love it. I eat it with about everything. Good with breads, crackers, assorted vegetables, or just alone. Super!

    Of all the wonderful cheese Sugarbush farm makes, this is my favorite. I always order extras of this one. A wonderful snacking cheese with crackers.

    This Sugarbush farm cheese is one of my favorites. I love the wonderful flavor and I enjoy it with my favorite crackers. I have been buying it for several years now and find it to be the best.

    This is a cold weather favorite of mine. Nothing beats a thin slice of this on a Triscuit,(or your favorite cracker), and then put under the broiler until the cheese bubbles and toasts slightly. It comes out with a bacon flavor that screams for a glass of a nice full bodied red wine. In fact, I've just talked myself into doing just that, now!

    Happened upon Sugarbush farm back in 2009. My wife loved the hickory & maple. We order a 4 lbs each year since. Aged in the refrigerator and it gets better. A FRIEND wanted to use some for a lasagna and my wife said no way. Wensleydale cheese doesn't even come close.
