8oz Aged & Selected Sharp Cheddar (1-1/2 year)

Tried this on a visit several years ago, but the best cheddar ever.

my biggest problem with Sugarbush cheese is deciding which ones i want to purchase without going broke cause i could easily buy every variety in bulk along with the maple syrup, outstanding cheeses to say the least and they make fantastic gifts :)
