It takes almost a pound of Maple syrup to make this half pound jar of smooth whipped maple cream. It's perfect for spreading on toast, muffins or hot biscuits. Sometimes called maple butter...but the actual ingredient is just pure maple syrup boiled a little longer.

Delicious!
This is, I think, my 3rd order of the delicious Maple Cream. It brings back childhood memories, when my parents went to Canada, and brought back Maple Syrup and Maple Cream. Thank you for a great product!
