It takes almost a pound of Maple syrup to make this half pound jar of smooth whipped maple cream. It's perfect for spreading on toast, muffins or hot biscuits, drizzling on ice cream, frosting a cake or dipping apples into it. Sometimes called maple butter...but the actual ingredient is just pure maple syrup boiled a little longer.

Delicious!
This is, I think, my 3rd order of the delicious Maple Cream. It brings back childhood memories, when my parents went to Canada, and brought back Maple Syrup and Maple Cream. Thank you for a great product!
