During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting this insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit.

Very Good Product
I visited Sugar Bush Farm in 2010 and thought it had the best cheese and maple syrup that ever I had tasted. I was thrilled to discover that it had a website and that I could purchase and receive its products by mail. The delivery came quickly and the product was as good as I remember it being.

A must if you live in a warm area
I live in Arizona and when I order the ice pack is a must - the cheese arrives in great condition so the toasty heat doesn't keep me from ordering my supply of amazing cheese.
