The gallon of Pure Vermont Maple Syrup is surely the best buy at the farm. Many of our customers purchase the gallon size then they divide it into their own smaller containers as Maple Syrup will last for years in your refrigerator. Maple syrup can also be frozen (remove enough from the jug to give room for expansion).

Please select the grade you would like to receive from the options above.

Much better than what is in local stores

Posted by Jean R from Oregon on 5th Feb 2014

We've been buying Sugarbush Grade B by the gallon for many years, after discovering it by visiting the farm. We love the syrup, but sometimes wonder about the wisdom of mailing cross country. Recently I bought a small bottle of another brand at the grocery store for a function, and put what remained in the freezer as I do with Sugarbush. Big shock! Grocery store brand actually froze, unlike Sugarbush....probably related to the much more concentrated taste of Sugarbush.

    Grade B Maple Syrup

Posted by Karl R. on 27th Jan 2014

What is there to say other than awesome syrup. Prior to a recent visit to Sugarbush Farms we had always purchased Grade A Dark Amber, which is the darkest available in local stores or that we had seen at local farm stands here in Maine. We tried the Grade B at Sugarbush - and we're not going back! To Grade A Dark Amber (or Grade A anything) that is. If you like strong flavors this stuff is packed with it. Get a small container with your next order and give it a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We are now Maple Syrup Snobs!

Posted by Shelley on 15th Nov 2013

After a visit to Sugarbush farm last fall, my kids fell in LOVE with their Fancy grade maple syrup. It tastes sooo much better than the syrups I get from the stores here in Washington State. I've made pancakes after sleepovers and now my kids' friends are raving about how good this syrup is. My kids tell them how it is made, thanks to the great display in the barn at the Sugarbush farm. The amount of tree sap it takes to make the syrup is unbelievable. It really gave us all an appreciation for how syrup is made. Sugarbush Farm has made the PERFECT SYRUP from nature's sweetest creation. It is worth every penny!

    Dark, rich, complex

If you like your honey darker rather than lighter, you will LOVE the Grade A dark amber from Sugarbush. The fancy grade is good but a little too sweet for my taste. Grade A dark amber is still very sweet but more flavorful that the lighter maple syrups. I have had the Canadian dark amber form Costco, and it is the difference between a $12 bottle of Cabernet and a $50 bottle. Sugarbush costs a little more (still less than you can get it at the supermarket here in California) but is well worth the price. We buy it by the gallon and use it in everything from pancakes to pumpkin pie. I even mix it with balsamic vinegar for some recipes and salad dressings.

    Pricey but worth it

First time using the website but we used to visit the farm frequently. Definitely not cheap to buy and ship a gallon online (versus buying VT syrup onsite if you're lucky enough to make a trip), but the girls at Sugarbush are as helpful and courteous online as they are in person and I received my order very quickly. The people at Sugarbush are fantastic, it's a definite must visit if you're in the area, and an easy place to order online.
