Smoky Delight
One of our favorite Sugarbush cheeses. It has just the right tang of smoke without being overwhelming. Melts well and pairs well with foods from eggs to burgers.

my girlfriend and I visited your Farm this late Oct and enjoyed our tour and bought a lot of syrup and cheese. Well I had to order more smoked cheddar. its the best! I am back in Alaska now and will be excellent for the holidays. Merry christmas

Our Favorite Cheese
Smoked cheddar is great, alone, with mustard or pepper jelly and in recipes. Keeps well, though we usually eat it so fast that's not an issue. A trip to the Farm to stock up is fun, but when that's not possible, ordering online is easy, and orders always ship quickly.

My husband and I visited Sugarbush Farm in September and ordered some of the cheese to be shipped to us in Texas. We loved it and ordered some more for ourselves and to give as Christmas gifts. We especially like the Jalapeno and Cayenne Pepper Cheddar.
