Super Extra Sharp Cheddar (6 year old)
Aged approximately 6 years. This highly sought after cheese is a real must for cheese connoisseurs. A bit dry and crumbiling with a WOW flavor. Supplies are limited. Please note an increased cost for this rare cheese. Sizes available are 8oz at $3.00 more per bar when included in packs and one pound bars at $6.00 more per bar when included in packs.

Vermont Sage Cheese

Mild Vermont Light
A natural cheese made from skim milk, with a flavor similar to Jack. It contains half the fat and cholesterol of regular cheddar and it has 30% fewer calories. This is the best low fat cheese we've ever tasted.
Jalapeño and Cayenne Pepper Cheddar
If you like it hot, this is for you. A mild cheddar with tantalizing pepper flecks throughout this cheese. Melts great for a new twist on your recipes.
Mountain Bleu
A very rich creamy cheese. A big hit with all bleu cheese lovers. It makes a wonderful addition to a salad and also spreads well on crackers. Since bleu cheese is made in small wheels, which can't be cut exactly like the other varieties, you will receive a 3oz bar for a 4oz order, a 6oz bar for an 8oz order and two 6oz bars for a 16oz order.
