This collection of Vermont's best recipes has been compiled by Betsy with many contributions from customers, staff and family.
While many recipes use maple syrup or cheese, you will find lots of traditional New England recipes for everything from apple pie to zucchini casserole. Along with the usual categories of appetizers, soups and salads, vegetables and side dishes, main dishes, bread and rolls, desserts, cakes and candies.
