The perfect size block for those of you that want to have this delicious cheese for yourself. The family members and employees are always looking for pieces of this cheese when we cut a block. You can not get any better a review than those who are closest to you.
*During the hot summer months (May-October) we suggest getting an insulated box, when the temperature is over 75 degrees. Even though the gel pack may be thawed by the time you receive it, it has done it's job to keep your cheese cool during transit*

The Best Cheese I have ever eaten in my life!
This cheese is the most incredible thing I have ever eaten in my whole life! It has such an amazing flavor that you can not get anywhere else. The flavor gets stuck in my mouth and i don't want to brush my teeth after the flavor is there. I know it's a little expensive but it's worth it when it comes to this cheese!

No better cheddar in the world, so far.
We visited the farm in 2012 (from California) and have been ordering their super-aged cheddar ever since. This is the sharpest, purest white cheddar you can find anywhere. Aluminium wrapped and triple wax dipped, we have kept their 94 and 102 month cheddar in our refrigerator for 12 extra months and it was perfect when we cut it. Nothing compares. Try it.

I finally found the sharpest cheddar cheese in the world
When I was a young child (I think I was about 10) my grandfather, who was born in Scotland, gave me some cheese that made the back of my throat get very tight and had a very strong taste I had never experienced before. I have remembered that experience all these years (I am now 64) and have tried to find the sharpest cheddar cheese in the world to see I could duplicate it. I have failed in that, until now. The Sugarbush Super Super Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese has duplicated that childhood memory. I could not be happier with this cheese.

A Great Gift For Important People Who Have Good Taste
While this is something I can not generally afford for myself, it is one of the best Cheddar Cheeses I have ever eaten and am willing to spend the money on it for good friends who deserve the best.

Fantastic cheddar!
My wife and I can make a meal with some cold smoked salmon, some artisan crackers, and this cheese. I can't get enough of it since first tasting it in their shop five or so years ago. I've ordered it several times, and it never fails to please.
